I have an 07 Tahoe that I bought Certified Used with 39K on it. I've been noticing a vibration that seems to come between 45 and 50 mph at approximately 1400 rpm. If I lift off the gas it goes away which I feel takes tire balance and brakes out of the equation. I think I sense it at lower speed at again around 1400 rpm. Another site referenced GM doc # 2035368 they issued to try to figure it out.

Has anybody experienced this and had it fixed?

If your on stock wheels, try balancing them... I've had this problem and make sure they use a road force balance...

or you can try a rotation to see if it changes. You wont feel a unbalenced wheel as much if it was on the rear than if it was on the front.

Quick update. The dealer have me new Goodyear's, same as factory stock and it solved the problem.
