it's hookesd up threw 1 of the aux outputs when you remote start it turns the heated seats/defroster on when the temp is below 30 degrees

Gotcha, thats a cool little feature! Is that something you would just tell the installers or are they gonna just do it?

gotta tell'em there is alot of special features that you can add or set
i suggest reading the owners guide front to back so you know what features you want
