At least i'm not the only one out there with the same issue. However, i checked all connection like zed suggested and some of the screws needed a good two full turns to be completely tighten.
I've only ridden the truck twice since then and short distances and noticed the rumble reduced. But again, they were short distances, so i'll keep the update. How much would a bb tune cost? And how does it work? Thanks for the replies guys!

Once you rid your truck of the torque management, it will feel like you just found an instant 50hp. Huge difference in take off power and throughout your shifts also..

I thought the only way to tune your 2011 was in person. Unless something changed, BB can't do the PCM swap like with the NBS. Something about the transmission needs to be programmed on the truck. Maybe it's changed, not sure.

Nope, Justin can make you a tune based on your driving data. You log driving miles on the handheld, upload that file to Justin, and based on that data he makes you a tune that he emails back to you (that you then download to the truck). He can do engine and tranny tunes.

Rob -- Tuning can be used to alter (through the onboard computer) shift points, timing, shift feel, etc.

EDIT: Not sure about the 2011 aspect of your question, though I haven't heard that Justin can't tune a certain year onward...

FYI I have the K&N and do not have the low rumble noise or loss of power at low rpm. Rob if it is only the sound (no performance loss or issues), it should be ok. IMO the low rumble may be due to the intake pipe (stock has the helmholtz resonator).

BB Tune is $250 in person and $500 for the tune/hand held. Go click on their link in the sponser section and their site has a lot of info. As I recall, tuning the 6-speed tranny (TCM) requires an in person tune or hand held.

Mcm -- Is that what you asked Justin to do, to reduce the torque management? That's got to be the basis for my engine/tranny behavior woes.

I do my own tuning using HPTuners.
First thing I do to any vehicle I get is remove TM and then your foot actually feels connected to the engine.
I'm waiting to get a spare ECM and TCM to tune on my Tahoe. It's the family truck and I don't want any problems if I ever have warranty issues.

Kirk if you did not discuss TM with Justin, IMO he probably did the standard TM reduction.

What do you mean basis for engine/tranny woes?
