They used to do alot of work for my customer's trucks but now we take them elsewhere unless we're in a pinch. I can't stand birdshit welds, when someone pays for something you should do it right or refuse the service if you can't manage to do it proper.

I would not worry about the clearance...I have a magnaflow on my Hoe and the tip is about 1/4" away from the bumper cover...I wanted it tucked as tight as possible..been running it like that for 3 years and not a hint of melting/warpage.

I'm thinking about getting some flowmasters also. Can you get any sound clips of the new exhaust if possible. Which model of flowmaster did you end up going with?

you got me a little worried on these. I was about to lay out some cash for these. Now I'm a little worried.

I saw the other photos of the tips with the thinner outlets and did't like them as much as these. Anyone else have these supertips and have no problems? I have the Denali 6.2L

i have a 6.2L and installed the "super tips" about 2 weeks ago. LOVE THIS MOD!!!!!! i went to a local muffler shop just because i didnt want to use the clamp (personal opinion, i would rather have it welded). anyway, one cut slip the super tips over and place a weld. i was out of there in 20-30 mins and i watched the whole thing and it fit perfect......no manipulating at all.

with the 6.2L just adding the super tips, i would say i noticed a 5% increase in daily driving but when full throttle, it is a beast and people turn their heads from hundreds of feet away....I LOVE THIS SO MUCH>

so i just cut off my resinator and its dumping basically under the truck.didnt notice too much difference in sound.if i add this tip will it make it louder.im having trouble understanding why everyone loves this mod so much.also where can you order this tip from.thanks

not much on the sound dif if your already cut the resonator but it looks great i just posted some vids of it inside and out on this post
