Voltage Reading at several components

So I am trying to figure out what resistors to use with my LED upgrade and I haven't really had the time to pull apart the window switches, a/c controls (front and rear) etc.... I was hoping that someone on this forum has measure the voltage at the suply wires to these components. The problem is that the calculations for the resistors at 12V vs 14.1V is very different. I'd appreciate any help on this matter, or I'll just have to wait till I have time to take it all apart and measure the Voltage myself. I was trying to be efficient and have all the parts ordered so taht I only have to take the components apart once, since this is my DD.

for anyone who cares, I took apart the switches and a/c cluster and measured voltage at the ends. They are not regulated to 12v. mine were at 14.1V just some info for those who are planning on doing an LED upgrade and wanted to use different colors other than blue.
