When I took over I was given the option of doing a "new" month or a recap which is.... Truck of the Year....
I choose to do a "new" month.
To my understanding December almost became a "filler" month.
So I did not do one.
Did not think it was a requirement.
Besides.... where was the outrage when we skipped a month or two when we did not have a TOTM admin cause they just vanished???
