Water leak above seatbelt

Well they still can't pinpoint my problem. Kept the Tahoe at the dealer overnight and we, fortunately in this case, got rain today. They told me that they did get a bunch of water collecting in the passenger side front door, but not in the roof. Great, so now we are collecting rainwater in other parts of the truck. The rear passenger door must have the same issue because I have watched it drain for a solid 15 to 20 minutes after it rained. I am literally driving Lake Tahoe. Thankfully the dealer didn't charge me, and they told me to drive it right over the next time I hear it and they'll have the tech look at it. Fustrating to say the least considering that when I bought my Tahoe this was the only thing referenced in the Carfax. This truck clearly has a history of water issues.

Water leak

Looks like I'm going to have to go check my roof rack bolts. My driveway is a significant incline, and I have noticed wet carpet in the back left corner of the truck by the liftgate. I traced the water up the pillar, so its definitely coming from above. Every once in a while I'll hear it dripping when I back out of the driveway onto level ground, then look back to see water on the back seat and a drips from the seatbelt opening. No sunroof on my truck either.

I got the same issue....i posted this earlier on Exterior luckily I found this post. I will Def. check my roof rack. I don't have a sunroof either.


***It rained earlier today and I looked to the rear of my head liner and noticed what I thought was a shadow. I feel it and it was wet. I have no idea where it could be leaking from other than the roof rack. It wet half of the rear headliner where the lift gate is at. Could there be water coming in from the somewhere else? Has anyone had this happen before?

Just went out and was able to tighten all 8 screws....amazing to me that they were loose like that. AHHH hope that solves the issue. It rained and truck was parked on an incline and first time ever its happened.

Update on my situation. GM service contacted me and told me to call them direct if it happens again. Wife has been driving the Tahoe for the last couple of weeks - I am just startign to drive it more as of this week but no rain yet.
