Thanks to all for the advice!
This is an awesome form!
Took the advise... went with OEM Delco pump it and planning on replacing all associated parts while I'm under the hood.
"Fix now, fix it right" is my motto - then I can drink beer and watch football!

I replaced:
Therm, A/C belt, Serp belt, lower Rad hose, NEW not reman'd OEM pump with gaskets.
[OEM pump @ Ebay around $160 with gaskets]
It was EASY!! The most difficult part was dealing with the guys at the parts store. BTW unless you have the tool go ahead and rent the fan clutch wrench from the parts store.
All tolled $250.00 repair including 12pak of BlueMoon.

Oh okay yea i was planning on replacing the thermostat and the belts, didnt think about the rad hoses...

thanks man. Yea Im hoping my pump holds out until feb so i can get my tune and E fans and do the Efans and pump at the same time.

Just curious.... whats an E fan?

I know I could have gotten a less expensive pump, but I want to go back with Delco and I have ordered parts from the company I bought my pump from before. The cheapest I saw a NEW AC Delco pump was about $125.00.
