This one has received a lot of good reviews on the new generation of Ford Explorers, so we applied this crossbar to the Tahoe and Yukon. This crossbar has a larger adjustment range and can be installed in different positions. We now need to test the mounting problem of the base. We need to recruit 3 Tahoe owners and 3 Yukon owners to help us with our testing. We will provide you a set of crossbars for free, you need to install our products and provide some suggestions for modification. It sounds like you have enough testers already, but if you need more I will gladly help. My wife has a 2021 High Country Tahoe with factory crossbars, I have a 2021 Z71 Tahoe without the bars. I'd be happy to test on my Tahoe and give you comparative feedback to the factory crossbars.

Just received mine via FedEx today. I’ll update unboxing, install, etc., as I get going.

Watched the provided video as far as how all items goes together 2 times...and got at it.

Process:
Connected all the end caps (pay attention to the little car image showing which direction to the front of the car)
Adjusted out enough to drop right in place on the roof rails
Positioned rails
Adjust allen screws to tighten (clearly marked)
Slid on locking caps
Locked

All in all 10 out of 10. I will say this is my first solution like this I've ever used...but it was very straight forward once you watch the video for the mechanics. Here are a few pics. Might be making a formal video once actual manufacturer/PartNumber/Links are known.
