weight in oil

last night i replaced oil cooler housing o ringon my 91 caprice 305 5.0 was gonna change oil but didnt need it so now i have 10w-30 oil and i wanna know can i use in my hoe? 350 5.7 do i have the go head or do i need to go swap out the oil for 5w-30

Do most people use 5w-30 for these motors? Is that what the cap says?

good to go. in winter i use 10w-30 and summer i run 10w-40
