Except the 3 honda accords weve owned, with 2 going above 200k miles easily (my daily accord v6 auto coupe is in the 230k range, it replaced a v6 sedan of the same gen. Meanwhile, my tahoe (and my buddies yukon xl) both lost transmissions before 175k miles. I think you got your facts mixed up[/

Its well known these trucks have horrid transmissions. Your sample of 3 you owned for a short time proves nothing. If you ACTUALLY want to educate yourself, google "4l60e issues".. or you can keep jacking yourself off over how "superior" your gm is id trust our hondas over our shitbox tahoe any day.

Wow calling your own Tahoe a shitbox on a Tahoe forum. And I’m pretty sure we don’t need to Google info on our trucks. There’s more years of wisdom on this forum than you can count. All you have to do is basic maintenance on these trucks and you can expect to see 400-500k easily. Go away Chad, your Tahoe is only a shitbox because you turned it into one.

I could post 50 links on the subject. The only jacking done is on the Honda’s to replace their faulty transmissions. I used to be on their forum, you’ll see hundreds of posts saying the same thing. Hell, even Honda has a post where they extended their trans warranty to 100K to avoid a recall with NHTSA. so you can take your head out of your ass and do a little research. The problems were with V6 Odyssey’s and Accords only.
