The 4L60E in my Tahoe died last week, A bearing failed causing the pinion to move back and forth and causing other parts to grind on each other and really causing catastrophic failure. Well just got her back from my trans shop; now the trans has Kevlar band, corvette servos, and built a bit beefier. Shifts wonderfully and firmer, looking to tune out the torque management system. Now my next concern is the transfer case as I have a drive line vibration. How common is it for the transfer case rear output bearings/bushing to go out causing a vibration in the drive line?

Had it towed to my regular Transmission shop and got it rebuilt. Corvette servos, a lot of new internal parts, Torque convertor and other bits and pieces with a 36 month/ 36,000 mile warranty for less than 2500.
