How fast can you go on an Island? I would agree with JennaBear and get some boost into it. Leave the cam alone and let the boost do the work.

Yeah but boost is gonna be well above his budget of 1k. A cam probably wouldn't be, depending on labor charges.

The TSP 220 can make 380 - 400 with a set of ported heads and better intake

what are your goals other than 350hp?
Other bolt ons?
Gears?
Stock stall or are you willing to go bigger?
What's the truck used for mostly? Ever at the drag strip? Any roll racing?
smooth idle or choppy?
Tranny mods ?
What octane are you running now? Willing to run 91 all the time?

Well… No real other goals other than the hp increase… Its my DD and I do sometimes do roll racing but never drag strip. Tranny wise, if needed I could do an upgrade. I run 91 ALL the time!!!

If it's your DD, and you're just wanting to say that "I have 350hp," . . . do the TSP 220, or a 212/218. Both cams sound great, and work great with stock like drive trains.
cam/springs/push rods, lifters, lifter trays, cam gear.

Cons? . . . hitting the button all of the time. . . . Driving around all of the time with a tune that has less timing in it.
