I think it's very reasonable and a great looking truck.
BUT I think you're asking the wrong group of people for advice. Any enthusiast is going to know the market for their favorite vehicle like the back of their hand and they'll always want to pay bottom dollar.
If I were you, I'd be hoping to sell the truck to a person looking for a reliable 7 passenger vehicle, not just a spiffy 4x4 Tahoe. Make that thing appear as reliable and trouble/wear free as possible given the fact that it's 10 years old and 176k deep on the odometer.
With the front seats fixed and the intake replaced with a factory airbox, it would look great to any parent with a big family looking to haul everyone around in style. You've got about 100,000 Mexican families in the PHX/TUC area needing 6+ seating. You've got a pretty good audience lol.
