What could it be?

So the mechanic I have looking at the Tahoe currently has replaced all the spark plugs and the problem continued. He says that he thinks one of the injectors stays open. I’m thinking about taking it to the dealer considering I’m still under powertrain warranty. Any thoughts/insight would be appreciated.

None of these mechanics can scan it to narrow it down to which cylinder it is?

Well after two weeks, 8 new spark plugs, new head gasket, and a new lifter, I’m finally driving my truck again. Boy have I missed the sound of that thing cranking up...
