First Post for the Newbie. Nice site, thanks for having me.

I had a 2002 Z71 a few years ago and just went back to a full size SUV with a 2006 Denali. I love having a big truck to roll around in again, I couldn't hang on to the small sports car anymore.

Back on subject. Im going to sound like a soccer mom here:
Not sure if it was an option, but I never see the back up sensors on these trucks.
and another Ford option I think is great; the key pad on the Driver's door so you can unlock your truck without the keys.

Both are not big deals, but I think they are very nice to have.

Is anyone else experiencing this, particularly those in the more northern climates.....sticky and frozen windows at the slightest amount of condensation or minor freezing? All four windows have been stuck on my 03Z71 countless times already into this year. I live in the Toronto area, but shit, we've hardly had any major snow yet. Comparatively, I have an 00 Yukon and the windows haven't frozen over yet.

WTF, is this common with particular models? It's like the rubber's stuck on like a $5 dollar ****** to some John.

You are right, Im in the midwest, so not as often, yours must be froze half the year. I didnt notice it until I bought another one of these trucks and thought "this must be a reoccurring thing."
It makes traffic stops scary, be careful, surprising a police office with an opening door is a good way to see if his barrel is kept clean.
No wonder the windows are so damn slow, probably from struggling to roll down frozen windows.
I wonder if WD40 or some sort of spray could help and not ruin the seal and paint?

Yeah, the window motors are weak sauce. Happens all the time to me. It's sort of embarrassing when you go through the McDonald's drive-thru with 10 cars behind you and you get to the little speaker box and your damn window won't roll down because it's frozen shut, you've pulled up too close to open the door, and the guy behind you is approximately .0001" from your bumper so you can't reposition.....

-Yes, the rub off buttons are annoying. What's this one do again??
-If one bulb in your dash burns out, you may as well replace them all because you have to take everything apart to get to it.
-All of the gizmos are cool until they quit working, at which point they become a major pain in the ass.
-The ******* door-chime through the speakers that is impossible to disable.
-The non-stowable third-row seats. Seriously, this is a well designed vehicle, they should be able to come up with a better system than I have.
-High rear window and no built-in backup camera (at least in my '03 Denali)
-Crappy mileage (HAHA! Just kidding....it's a big V8, what do you expect?)

Ok, I'll add one more thing. The rearview and sideview mirror dimming.

Just great when it's on at night so you can't see a damned thing and smash into your next door neighbours new car, or run over your kids playing hockey on the street.

Got to search out "disabling dimming rearview" now..... :(

Well since we had some decent snow, I have something to add to the list.
The forken wipers are tucked so far under the hood at their resting position, you can't pull them away from the window(locked upright) to clean underneath them. Ive had numerous cars strip the wipers, so I no longer just turn the wipers on and shut the car off to lock them further up the window.

-Every button is made of scratch off ticket material.

LOL Dude, that was real funny.

+1 on that. My stereo controls on the dash are all scratced off and illegible.

+1 on the one touch to close the sunroof.

-my factory stereo doesn't play mp3s...

+I think there needs to be some type of pop out cup holder from the dash. Sometimes you need an extra one or two. My brother had what I'm thinking of in his 94 Diamante.

However, I love my Tahoe.
