Looks really good man.
What size rims?
Any trimming required up front for clearance?
Did you have to over-ride the factory MRC? If so, what’d you use to do that?
Thank you.
Wheels are Method NV 20x9 with Toyo MT 35x12.5R20.
Yes, I had to trim front bumper, remove plastic rock guard on fender and hammer back and cut some plastic and fender/firewall insulation material. I also had to slide the oem automatic steps back a little bit. They are adjustable.
The BDS lift kit with Fox adjustable coil-over shocks is the best way to go. And yes the MRC has to be deleted with the only real option in my opinion, the Xineering shock simulators.
Everything works perfect. I also put on a custom machined upper control arm from Mazzulla Offroad and Wilwood 16” rotors w/ 6 piston calipers. Did Fox shocks in rear with Wilwood 14” rotors w/ 4 piston calipers. I switch out the OEM Yukon XL Denali coils for New OEM Z71 Suburban coils. It just made sense since Z71 coils are specifically different than any other rear coil.
I will take a bunch of nice pictures and probably start a story or thread or whatever this is called to help show people that are interested.
I did a lot of research and spared no expense. All I can say is it’s 100x better than stock or lowered.
