Changed the ISS. Worlds better now. Steering is stiff and no clunking noises when going over bad roads, which is all we have where I'm at. Feels like a new truck.

Intermediate steering shaft.
How hard is this to replace? Any write up anywhere? Thanks.
Oh no. Real easy. Maybe thirty minutes max. It's two bolts and that's it. I watched a YouTube video from 1A Auto on it. I had to remove my lower AC vent, which all you have to do it pull it slightly towards the door and slips off, in order to pull the shaft out of the firewall. Pulling it out was the hardest part for me because a piece of my gas pedal bracket was bent up and it made the angle hard to work with. Otherwise very easy.
I ordered it off Amazon; the Dorman 425-176 Intermediate Steering Shaft. I also had to buy a 3/8" torque ratchet, just to be sure.
