Put RainX on my windshield and front side windows, also put the new RainX Latitude blades on and did the break in procedure. I know they get mixed reviews. I’ve never had trouble with RainX and it’s always worked well for me so I figured I’d try using them in combo together the wipers and the spray.

Also got my Adam’s Polish shipment, I’ve been wanting to try Adam’s for awhile and they had a decent St. Patties sale so I jumped on that.

If weather holds up this weekend, ima give it all a try.

Break in procedure? I’ve always run RainX and either RainX Latitudes or the equivalent Michelin/Bosch blades.

It’s an awesome combo but never knew there was a break in procedure

Broke down and just bought the first mod for the Tahoe... tow mirrors since I've been doing a decent amount of hauling with it. Got basic power and heated ones, no running lights or turn signals since I don't want to be messing with splicing wires. I don't want to mess with it too much as I just want this truck to work.

The packaging states to run the blades dry for 2-3 mins and then hit the washer fluid a little bit and cycle them again until dry. I did that and then went back and wiped the windshield down to get the areas outside of the wiper blades reach. It also says you can just put them on and run them like normal and they will work but it takes more time for them to coat the windshield.

No splicing needed. Plugs right in, even if it didn't come with it originally.
