Fixed the driver's side rear window regulator. That thing was toast! While I had the panel off, I rewired the speaker... which ended up *********** into me rewiring ALL the speakers and fixing all the other problems the PO caused when he installed them. I don't have money for new speakers right now, but when I do it will be getting an entire new system. Little ****** head didn't even both terminating anything or at least using crimp connectors. Just clipped off the factory plugs at each speaker, twisted some new wires onto them and covering them with masking tape, then twisting the ends of the wires onto the speaker terminals.... PLUS he ditched the speaker brackets for the front doors.... I'd like to wring his neck for that dick move.

Also got rid of all the tape adhesive around the window that was leftover from the various amounts of tape I had keeping the window up. Wife is MUCH happier now.

AND I did a test-fit of the esky applique's that I bought for it.

They fit great! Now I just have to scuff 'em and re-paint them gloss black. Definitely make a world of difference to the appearance of the rear though!

Didn't have enough time to do the fan clutch though, much less the headliner. It's coming though.

I have posted pics of the tablet install and relocating the shifter to the console in another thread, but I didn't include any in this post since it was primarily about doing the LUX upgrade. Here is one of the console, but I haven't yet taken any of the LUX upgrade if that is what you were most interested in. I still need to install the noise compensation microphone for the LUX amp, so I'll have to open up the console again to wire that in. I can take some pics of the amp and radio then.

BTW the tablet is a Galaxy Tab S2 running a highly customized Torque app in this picture, but I mostly use Google maps for navigation. It also plays music through the AUX IN on the RSE input to the radio and I have a backup camera wired into it to pop up whenever the shifter is in reverse. I use the Llama app to turn the tablet on and off with the ignition.

HIGHLY interested in that console shifter mod that you did. My wife wishes she had a console shifter versus the column shift.

Here is the thread where I described how I did it.

Happy to answer any other questions about it.

No idea when the fuel filter was changed so picked one up. While at the store ordered the remote fobs since they didn't come with the Hoe.
Anyone know what retainers I need to put the Denali GFX parts on the back of the rear tire wells?

Also set up an appointment to get the front windows tinted.

so i scored me a set for dl3's. which i think they are. i believe these are the power fold, turn sig, w/o courtesy lamp.

now i checked the pigtails and there are different. my question is, how or what do i do to make these work. im more interested in the turn signal then the power fold.

I asked about instructions for this grill/headlight assembly as there are parts I'm not sure of yet.
Pretty much got told there are no instructions and we have your money so suck an egg.
I'll figure it out and never buy from them again.

Who’s the vendor so they don’t get any of our money?

I got my 2"/4" lowering my, from NorcalSS, today.

I also learned something about the stereo system. I put in a new head unit, with the Crutchfield recommended interface. While messing around with it, I tried to get a little more fade to the rear, but not happening. "Dafuq?" I pulled it all out, checked my connections, tried again, but still wasn't fading. So, I called Crutchfield tech support. In a matter of minutes, Austin explained that the interface takes just the front signal from the head unit and sends it to the LUX amp. All my speakers work; I just don't have any fade control. :(

@Grind, who makes the interface?

What year is your Hoe? My 03 didn't come with them, got some and they're plug n play--except for the powerfold part. Plugs plug right into the master window switch on the driver side.20190316_200454.jpg
