What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

The metal and filler will expand at different rates and fail. Does look better shaved though.

They sell bonding adhesive that could hold a panel underneath then some filler to cover but that is still failure prone. Tacking a small piece of metal in the hole would be about the same work and last a lot longer. Im sorry if Im coming off as a bodywork snob. Just trying to help.

Agreed that tack welding backing plates and then using a high quality filler is the only way to keep those holes to not show over time. And unfortunately a wrap doesn’t matter, if the underlying structure cracks or has the slightest imperfection it will show right through and it needs to be painted as well before it’s wrapped otherwise the wrap will separate at the filler. You need good bodywork and paint before you can wrap if you want it to look good for a long time.

Red fluid dripping from the nose of the transmission...rear seal replacement?

Also what years and models Esky's and Denali's center consoles are compatible with my 01 NBS?
