That's even better (and much cleaner) than mine!

Right in front of State Capitol Raceway- the drag strip that's about 5 miles from my house. I'm not taking it as any sort of sign cuz I'm not superstitious. But, I can be a little stitious at times, though.

BTW, it's good to see you around again.

Thanks, Dub. I see that your Avatar game is still on point.

Always on a Friday...
Seems my 04 Z71 went completely dead after pulling into a parking spot and shut the ignition off.
I went to restart to reposition in the parking space and absolutely NOTHING!
I knew at that point the positive battery cable worked loose.
Wiggled it and sure enough... Loose.

That MacGyver jury-rig solution with bits of toothpick in the threaded hole on a stripped-out top-post to side-post adapter battery clamp was not going to hold any more.
Lasted a couple of months!

Drove to NAPA to pick up an order made the day before. Man, it sputtered and felt weird. They didn't have the adapter clamp.

Anyway, made it to Advance Auto for a new adapter clamp and tightened that one without stripping the threads. Nice tight connection. Good to go!
Amazing what full and continuous current from the battery can do for making things run good...

Good citizen! Too bad there aren't more drivers that obey road signs.
