What brand was it?
That is a bummer!

AC Delco is not always an option (based on when a guy needs it vs. when a guy can get it and/or cost), but would be preferred.

If I had to go non-AC Delco, I would certainly go Bosch or Delphi without thinking twice.

NAPA identifies Bosch as "actual OEM" on their site.
Certainly rock-solid choice, available same day and great pump for the money.

I know that Bosch was the OE supplier to Chrysler/Jeep for fuel pump assemblies on Jeep TJ Wranglers (00-06). The one I had lasted over 200k miles and 16 years. I trust them 100%. Delco and Bosch were not available locally when that pump died, so I went with a Delphi and was happy with that decision.

Delphi also good choice for replacement, if Bosch or Delco not available.

Oh man that really sucks. That is what concerned me when I replaced the fuel pump on my 2002 Tahoe. It had 290K miles on it and I changed it because of the number of miles on it. I did install a Delphi - hope it is not a dud.

I put these big boogers on, and Goodridge hoses (it’s been a two day affair… maybe three- I work slow). Had to shave the ridge a smidge to clear my rolling stock.

My driveway was sad when I scratched this one… :-( But that was before I shaved the ridge, so it got some touch up paint. Driveway is happier now.

got rained out of work early, so i got the hoe dropped off at the shop. owner said hes also gonna check the crank sensor as they can get hot and cause stalling. the no fuel pressure deal leads me to the fuel pump tho.

side note. the camaro is damn sketchy to drive in the rain. it never see's rain so im super inexperienced at driving it and its ass end sliding around with no gas really given in the rain. ***** slid ******* one turn with the tc on, i was like you have to be kidding me lmao.
