I separated from my wife today, which means:

My truck will no longer be scratched with diamond rings that I also purchased. No one will put parking dents in my truck anymore and say it wasn't her. No one will carelessly throw their zippered purse into my car and scratch the dashboard anymore. No one will put leftover food in my truck anymore. The edge of the driver's door no longer hits the wall when opened, and no one disadjusts the air conditioning, including the vents.

And me and my truck will never argue... Just pure harmonie, connected in deep love...

Didn't Bob Marley sing something like, "No woman, no pain... Drive a truck and feel the gain."?

Who had done more for his Truck in the last time? Tell me...
:favorites37:
"No one will put parking dents in my truck anymore and say it wasn't her." <-- you odds are better, but there are still those parking lot Karens, no?

Sorry for your pain, sir. I hope things continue to improve for you.

Spied this at the salvage yard today while liberating a door handle.

Disclaimer: "Not my rig, not my work."

It did however inspire me to be proactive in the not to distant future AND fabricate an access plate to this area of the gas tank AND make it look factory. Because, well, ........ fuel pump. :D

summit sells a trap door for about 40 bucks if you want to chop a hole in your trucks floor. been thinking about doing that for my camaro due to the fact dropping that tank is a literal nightmare.

Thanks, #TNK-AD-66 allows decent access to the pump and gas lines. It will make for a good fall-back if my fab job gets sketchy.
