Hey @Red Rocket, @Fosscore I finally got the other bump stop today. Took me like 10 mind. Took it around the block, which was great, but I can't wait to see how it'll feel on the highway. Big improvement around the block. View attachment 78485Driver side.

Raised the front up a little bit too. Maybe 1/4 or so.


whoa you are seriously decranked. Should just barely be touching those @ stock ride height.

no wonder your ride is bad.

Checked my bump stops, look in good condition. Changed oil, filter and air filter. Checked transmission, transfer case, front differential and rear end fluid. The rear took an entire bottle and wasn't full yet. NOT GOOD. Rotated the tires, correct air pressure. Even checked the spare. Also changed plugs and wires. Hoping my mileage improves. And then when I got home from the shop my Airaid MIT was here. Took me less than 5min to install.

The rear diff will hold a little over 2 bottles of fluid so you were quite low. Get that leak fixed!

Seals all look good around the axle and the cover. It looks as if it's been replaced. Maybe they didn't w refill it enough? I checked the vent tube to see if that was an issue and that's fine.

Whoa I see why your truck rides like shit. You're gonna wear those new jounce stops out in no time with your keys backed out that far. That's waayyyy too much pressure on them. Seriously need drop spindles if you want to go down that far. You'll never be happy with how it rides sitting like that.

You can see the mark where the metal cup that holds the jounce stop is hitting... you're getting metal on metal contact. Some better shocks might help the ride too.

Well it currently doesnt matter what shocks you have when you are decranked that low. There is almost zero uptravel, probably taking any normal shock completely out of its intended travel and bottoming them out. Atleast you arent wrecking expensive shocks!

I'd definitely crank it up as much as you are willing to until you get spindles or something. How low are you in the back? I forget the stance of your hoe.
