They should work they look similar to the ones I used not sure on the length etc, you'll need to zip tie it to the upper control arm too

I used the original clamps off the rubber hoses. I put them in a vise and used a chisel to open them up and remove them from the rubber lines , then re-bent them to fit on the stainless lines. No zip ties needed and a nice clean look.

Yeah I read about some guys modifying the stock clamps. Good idea.
