I got my light bar and mount (Thank you Amazon Prime), but idiot me forgot to order the wiring harness for it. So I will NOT be firing it up today.

Yea, it's kind of annoying. Not the end of the world though.

In mine on the highway I get around 450 and city is 350 till the light is on per tank.

You guys let the tank go low enough for the light to come on??

I let my tank get down 1/4 after I first bought this '03 and when I did, the truck wouldn't start. I thought the fuel pump burned out but I poured 1-gal of fuel into it & engine fired right up. 1 of my friends has the same prob with his '03 tahoe. Is our gauge misreading or is this due to another issue? About twice 2x week I get a code for mass evap leak...i just clear it out (DTCs) until I get that far down on the repair list.

I have never had that problem, but also have not had any evap codes. I have had my truck for over 10 years now. Almost always let the light come on.

When for a drive today. 310 mile. I toped off the tank and when I got back home the tank was empty but the light wasn't on.
What is everyone else getting to a tank ?
Driving with 5 people with Ac on @ 75 mph I was getting 15.5mpg

I got 17.59 Mpg, two people, AC on, and running about 55 Mph most of the time.

Put the roof basket back on her after about a year lol. Then packed up and moved my stuff to college station along with my grandpa's f150. Unloaded everything from the pickup, gonna finish with the hoe in the morning. Good to be back in Aggieland!

That light bar is BRIGHT. I have one just like it on my Yukon XL (see sig below). If you pair them up with some super bright LEDs in the fog lights, you don't need high beams!

What mount did you use with your bar?

Drove as far as I could (no, I didn't go down there).

Stopped to admire the view.

Hah. I dont buy the wiring kits... Ive got relays and wires and is ratheer save a couple bucks and make my own custom one
