My stock 4l69e gave up the ghost, I'm on a beefier rebuild, so I hope it's gonna last. I think the stock 4l60e could last for awhile if you don't beat it up.
Ok. And what else did you need to do when you did the 6.0 swap. I know I need the ecm but is there anything else I'd need. I don't know for sure if I'm doing this but it's a hell of a lot cheaper then buying a newer truck.

You don't need another ecm/pcm. All you have to do is get yours flashed for the 6.0 tune, and for any mods you're going to do. It should be a straight forward swap. All the ls serious motors are externally the same. Meaning you can take any external part, oil pan, timing chain cover, intake, throttle body etc and swap the parts from motor to motor with no issues. Only thing you need to watch is, if there's anything specific to your 02, like if your fuel rail is different then an 03--if the donor motor is an 03, which isn't a biggie, just swap with your old parts. I hope I wasn't confusing on my explanation.

The explanation was good, but when you mean flashed do you just mean like a tune from blackbear. And I have the flexfuel 5.3 so would I need different injectors or fuel rails

You can use a Blackbear tune, or any tuner today should be able to do it for you. My guy who did my cam and other internal mods did my tune for me. My 03 doesn't have flex fuel, so I'm not sure of what is exactly needed. I'm not really sure if you'd be able to tune that out, and just swapping to regular injectors. Def look into that option.

The flex fuel injectors are pretty big and can handle quite a bit of power.

I would recommend any aftermarket tail light assemblies that have a clear reverse window.

A good set of LEDs like the 1200 lumen JDM ASTARS ( http://a.co/6SWLge6 quiet a few of us use those bulbs), combined with an aftermarket tail light makes a big difference.

After putting a 20" LED light bar on the front of my truck, I'm now wanting to put something like that on the rear to get even more light in reverse. :D

I have 1200 lumen bulbs installed, right now. As far as after market tail lenses / assemblies, go, do you have any you recommend?

EDIT: Funny enough, I am running the bulbs you recommended:

I have these LED tail lights on my truck: https://www.carid.com/spyder/red-eu...d00-led-rc.html?singleid=145252411&url=938261

I really like them because of how the parking lights work along with the turn signals and brake lights:

They cost about $130 and you will need to add a load resistor across one of the brake light wires to make sure your cruise control still works (this is common with aftermarket LED tail lights).
There are quite a few options for our trucks.

Your other option is to just get a cheaper set that you just put your current bulbs in.
A few of the guys on here have done that, too.

I'd look at the exterior sub forum to see what others have done.

Not all 1200 lm are created equal.

Edit oh yeah those are good.

I have similar bulbs in my stock escalad
e lenses (clear) and they are great.

Bulbeats 1200 Lumens 2pcs 144-BX Chipsets 3056 3156 3057 3157 LED Bulbs with Projector backup lights turn signal light brake light tail light White 6000K Best Value! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DGBTFEG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_FA7OzbCS6QA41

I also have red jdm bulbs in my brake lights and they look really good. Quite bright. The escalade taillights are a little better though.
