Went to hit my parking brake release today, and the line snapped. Un-frickin-believable. after much swearing and gnashing of teeth, along with the realization the some water had gotten into the cab from the storm, I finally figured out how to release it. $50 later i was able to get the new part, but with the weather I'm not sure when I can install it. Pretty damn frustrating.

I reinstalled my HIDs in the low beam/projectors, and moved my LEDs to the high beam locations.
I like the pattern the LEDs make in the high beams much better than in the low beams.

I forgot how much I liked the look of the HIDs in the projectors...

I like how smooth of a beam the HIDs seem to make in the projectors.

Here is the LEDs in the driver side, and the HIR 9011 bulb in the passenger side:

I'm pretty sure the HIR 9011 is brighter, but I like how the whiter look of the LEDs projected down the road.

These were before I got them aimed correctly, but you can see the HID projector low patterns vs. the LED non-projector high beams at about 25-30 feet from the wall:

I never use my parking brake.
Snapped parking brake line is a common issue with the nbs.

What parking brake. Between Hawaii, upstate New York and being shipped all over the world all of the hardware holding the parking brakes on the axle rusted and stripped out.
