I was getting ready to swap out the 22's when I saw this--View attachment 207327 View attachment 207328
Power steering cooler was weeping/leaking fluid. Fluid was actually seeping through the fins. Reservoir was so low it barely showed on the stick. I filled it and was just gonna leave it for another day--BUT--Everyone knows my luck! Me or my gf would be driving on the highway, far from home, and the *****'ll blow, leaving us stranded and taking out the power steering pump with it. So I just bypassed/deleted it. I don't think(hope) it'll be an issue.View attachment 207329 View attachment 207330
I guess we'll see.
Yes we will lol. I’ve never heard of that delete.

Cleaned filter. Cleaner smells like windex, according to the SDS, as I mentioned earlier, it's an ether of some kind. Seemed to work well as the rinse water was dirtier after the cleaner than before.

I just ordered one from Rock Auto. $50 plus shipping. Mine is rusted to bad to not replace.
I'd be getting one if I were Tonyrodz
I hit a deer and it pushed the cooler into the condenser. See the florescent dye? Condenser was $62.

Condensor was cheap. I paid somewhere around $125 for mine. I just drleted the ps cooler, I cut the hoses and looped it going in and out from the power steering pump.

I would think that ps cooler is there for a reason , $50 is cheap insurance.
