Upgraded (IMO) my dash to two-tone black and tan this weekend by installing a Coverlay dash cover. Also replaced the clips on my Metra double-din dash bezel from the ****** aftermarket ones it comes with to new OEM clips I ordered. It fits way better now–much more tight and sturdy. I walked through both upgrades in a video:

Going to see if my injectors are a bit grimey or if injector cleaner doesn't work. Took a before measurement. 40mi freeway, 60mph with like 2 slowdown-speed ups. Guess we'll see what happens

No change. Nothing that I can't attribute to random variance anyway. Misfire counts, long term fuel trims, and idle feel remain unchanged. So my takeaways are: either my injectors are fine, or they aren't and the tank added fuel injector cleaner is ineffective. Couldn't say without pulling injectors and measuring flow / pattern and I'm not going to do that

Now can you replace the 2015 keey flob with my old 2006 keey flob ? [emoji849][emoji15]With factory remote start.. because my originals look just like yours.
Let's say they have some serious miles on them lol.
I know I can open doors and start with app on cellphone using my obdlink adapter.

Yes the remote start also works on the one for my 08 Silverado. Boost Auto Parts, https://boostautoparts.com/products/fob

Put a LOT of time into the Tahoe this weekend. Permanently installed a battery maintainer with a plug mounted on the bumper, painted the passenger airbag cover, installed a Coverlay dash cover, installed a custom switch panel where the cassette player used to be.. This is a quick write-up on the battery maintainer.

So I've been having a TON of trouble with my Tahoe battery. I have a bunch of equipment that draws on the battery at all times and I don't drive it on a daily basis. In fact, I go out of town at least once a month. So three batteries have died on me, including my hella expensive XS Power D3400, which not only died, but is damaged an unchargable. :(

My plan is to eventually install a second battery for accessories, isolated from the starter battery (already bought the mounting tray), but for now, I made my owner extension cable:
  1. 3 wire power cable https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F5YWC7B/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  2. Male 3 prong weather resistant outlet https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074T57WS6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  3. Female 3 prong weather resistant outlet https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SLM8LT5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have an aftermarket Hammerhead flush-mount rear bumper that already had a 1.75" hole for access to the key cylinder for the stock spare tire release. The outlet fit in there perfectly! I mounted my battery maintainer directly on top of my battery and ran the cable to the rear bumper. Here's a video of the process:

I'l try to cut together a video(s) of the dash cover and switch panel later today.

Great mod, that's my next mod. My SUV is not a daily either and I'm having the same battery issue you have.
