Changed my overflow tank cap today. Old o-ring looked shrunken compared to new. Seemed like it would hold if I cranked it down really tight, but when I pressure tested the cap it leaked unless I really tightened it up. $7 so new it was
You just made a bunch of people check their overflow caps.

Finally got my damaged chrome bumper replaced with the painted one. Sprayed it Dark Spiral Gray like the body. Trying to decide if the final chrome piece (the grille) needs to go dark.View attachment 233386

Color match it.
Go look at these 2 Denalis.

I think it looks good as-is. But looks like you don’t have much chrome anywhere else... hard to tell from the one pic, but if not.. definitely need to do something with the grille as well.

Yeah, no chrome anywhere else except grille. Looks like the color matchers have it. That's the way I was leaning anyway. I even have enough paint and clear leftover to do it. Think I'll buy a fresh non-chromed grille shroud and spray it. The plasti-chrome is starting to peel on my original one.

Great idea. I tried like hell to find one for a Denali but nobody makes one. It sure would have made it easier.
