Good luck... I guess before you first start the engine, you let it crank first without fuel pump relais, to make sure that oil is everywhere where it should be?
Got her fired up last night. Won't stay idling unless I hold the gas or disconnect the throttle body. Going to driver her to get driveability tune this morning. Sounded good, no leaks or weird noises. Valve train seem a bit louder, is that normal with the cam and spring kit???

Making progress on the rocker panel job. Should be ready for the road this coming week. Got some rust proofing done today, interior trim pieces put back in, and doors and wheels put back on. The body guy is going to get it painted this coming week now.

Found something interesting though as I was putting the interior back together. The trim piece that goes in the front corner of the passenger foot area had some black stuff that wouldn't wipe off as I was cleaning things. When I went to put it in I found that the shield at the blower motor had a hole melted in it. The wire connections are all made with wire nuts (which I'm confident is wrong). The blower motor housing looked to have a spot of melted plastic too. So not sure yet what I stumbled onto and if there's anything wrong or it's already been "fixed".

Replaced brake hoses and changed the transfer case fluid. I dodged a bullet with draining the transfer case as it was way overfilled. More than a quart of extra fluid drained from the fill plug. It may just be me but I think the rig drives so much better and smoother after all the refreshes.

Did you overfill it? If you did not the transmission oil maybe leaking into the transfer case. Please check the level of the tranny oil.
