No; I had the hood and HD bumper painted and he blended the fenders but I needed to replace them eventually. The lips had never been rolled and had caught on the tires a few times because they were sharp. When I bought it, I didn’t realize the P.O. had bent them back a few times and the passenger side broke at the bend when I bent it back just once. Which made the fender real weak. So last week I hit it with a tire and it caught and trashed the fender. But it’s good timing since I just installed a new 1500 front bumper. Once the fenders are rolled, they should deflect the tire and Ill feel it and let off on the steering without damaging the fender. I have a fender roller ordered. Gotta air it up more in parking lots so I can make those tight turns, but with the fenders rolled I should have less of an issue.

This week has been major suspension week.

Both sides got new:
Upper control arms
Lower ball joints
Cv axles
Sway bar links
Sway bar bushings
Wagner brake pads

Drivers side got a new outer tie rod end

Lots of work for a shade tree mechanic. This 2500/hd stuff is a lot of work. I could barely use my hands for a couple days after doing the passenger side. I also ended up knocking off the knuckle which dropped on my ankle on the passenger side. I did not make that mistake twice. Learned a variety of techniques working on the burb this week. I've got a few little bitty things to finish up tomorrow and then it gets an alignment on Sunday.

Took the roof rack off a few weeks ago, I got bored and needed a break from being superdad.

To bad it's not an ESV.... I would've like to have the roof rack if it were.

Even if it was I wouldn’t sell it. I’m most likely going to need a rooftop cargo box for family trips since my dog occupies the cargo area in the back.
