Something doesn't add up here, either you are wrong or my fuse box labels are messed up. My #66 is WSW/HTR - Windshield Washer Solvent Heater (60A) which does't have a fuse in and #71 is LGM - Lift Gate Motor (30A) don't think either of them have anything to do with TBC

You're not wrong and neither am I, the boxes can be labeled differently.
The way you have it is the way it goes. Different years may have changed. Easy to tell , grab your dvom and hit the rear trailer connector... if you got power, done.

So safe to say that
I didn't have to add a fuse on my 2012, hooked them up and they worked
that's what got me confused plus I came across the picture that Pete posted, but like he said "Different years may have changed" so in my case no need to add fuse and fender wire goes to the left post and wire closer to the engine goes to right post closer to the fender criss cross.

Mine didn't come with the J-case fuse, says so in the book. GM must've added it later. Not having the fuse allows it to run a certain way, the details escape me at the moment, sleep deprived again.
