What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Changed the oil (installed the Fumoto drain valve I've had) and rotated the tires, then washed it. We road tripped down to Branson/Silver Dollar City from Sunday thru Friday of last week. Not too far of a trip, only about 500 miles total. Oil life monitor was saying 24% but it's been 5k miles/6 months since last oil change/rotation.

I bought a cabin air filter retrofit kit that's sitting in the garage that I need to install, but it's been too hot here. I almost didn't make it through the tire rotation. 90 degree heat and lifting heavy things don't go together very well.... Lol

Time to show the kids how to work on cars Tom! I had one of my daughter's help do the cabin filter retrofit, I would have puked trying to that under the dash! We did the tire rotation too a few weeks ago and it darn near wiped us both out! Not a young whipper snapper anymore that's for sure! Twenty years ago I could have done that in thirty minutes flat without breaking a sweat.

Don't get this kind, yes the blade is quick and easy to change but the blade pulls out from the body too easily and gets caught in the piece you are trying to cut you will slice your hand on it.

Agreed. The old 99e is good, but for this I like a fixed blade because you're in a weird spot and it's hard not to be accidentally retracting the blade a bunch of times.

Im trying to wait to see if somebody is going to start making those Escalade harnesses for the Tahoe's cause i want the escalade gauges. But if nobody does, I'll do the overlay

My daily carry

For some reason, I'm a bit sentimental with my pocket knives. It's probably just because of the length of time I have them.
Mine's a Craftsman, but it has the Sheffield logo on the part that flips out. Since 2001, I've bought only three of this type of knife. One fell apart after a couple years and a few drops from heights (overhead door technician), the second is my Craftsman and the third was because the Craftsman was lost for a couple of years. I found the Craftsman in some luggage and promptly made it my daily carry again.
