Have you reversed the upper shock mount bolts? If you turn them around so the heads are to the outside (tire) side, sometimes it helps since the bolt doesn’t stick out toward the tire. At least it does on the NBS.
It rubs on the fender liner. Will post pics tomorrow. Spacers wont be here for 3-5 days. Thankfully it only rubs if you hit a parking lot enterence hard

I just ordered four 1/4” Bora spacers. They’re supposed to be quality made in USA shit. Hubcentric and fine machine quality. Fingers crossed the studs are long enough to not need extensions

From what I have read, the length of the excess stud isn't as important as long as the nut is completely threaded / completely on the stud. Add some blue Loctite to the studs for a little extra security. I had the same issue when I installed spacers on my Xterra. I noticed no issues with the spacers or wheels for the year I had them installed, until I sold the Xterra. YMMV

Yeah we learned in autos class about fasteners- if you have a 6mm threaded rod (in this case a stud), as long as you can get the lug down at least 6mm of threads, you’re gonna get the max available strength of the fastener setup. I’m more worried about the hub bearings up front. In the rear the additional torsional load is gonna be eatten up by the axle shafts, but up front its all bearing.

And also got windows tinted with the ceramic film. Eyebrow is 40%, drivers and passenger are that same 40% over the stock 70%, and I had the sunroof done in 12% over the stock 35% IIRC is what the sunroof and rear windows are.
Edit: stock rear glass is 25% and sunroof is 20%

I didn't know the stock front drivers and passengers was 70‰

I always thought the factory rear sides and back were 18%

I had 20% put on my front drivers and passengers and it matches pretty close to all the others

I’m not an expert on the NNBS since my NNBS is a pickup but can’t you heat that up with a heat gun and re-form it?

I thought the normal procedure in this case was to just zip tie it back for more clearance? that's not really hitting on much
not much back there to zip tie it to. Thats the air shock- and it moves with the suspension. Gonna put 1/4” spacers on and that will help. Just really dont wanna cut it.
