That is looking damn nice!

I played with HPTuners today. Got some burbles now! I have it set so that below 0.2 grams of cylinder airmass between 2,000 and 4,800 rpm, it will drop the timing to 8* before top dead center. It won’t do it on deceleration because it opens the throttle too much, but reving the engine in P or N, it will sound like this.
Nice burble, mine does that on decel if I downshift. Hey look at the dash now, it’s nearly complete.1E3277B3-91EF-4759-8D75-EC1E8FEBA5B8.jpeg55D2D952-EA61-4D83-ADA2-E77D8CAA371D.jpeg42C44F39-1B5E-4436-8709-D174BDED6B48.jpeg

Holy fork that matches REALLY well. I didn’t realize how close the silver trim was to the esky cluster. Almost makes me want to do the esky swap in addition to the silver trim. Main reason I won’t do the esky cluster is because it doesn’t have an oil pressure gauge. I know you can put the oil pressure on the DIC but that’s where I like the trans temp to be

Most of that trim I wrapped although I did decide to go ahead and buy the brushed pieces off EBay as they become available for reasonable prices.

looks like someone used Non Nivomat struts with the factory Nivomat springs(ZW7)

can you believe the max payload is 1700-1,830 lbs LOL surely with 1800pounds you would not even move due to the drag of the wheel wells

for some reason the rear has it's butt up on the air on my suv i'm sure this has something to do with the cold as it was lower in the summer..
on my tahoe (nivomat struts)

GM was super nice and they are giving them away at cost price :D

$61 for ZW7 struts
PREMIUM SMOOTH RIDE CHAS PKG(ZW7)

they will not work on the ZW7 for the regular height unless you get the factory (lowering kit)

Aftermarket spindles and struts in the front for a ~3" drop and coils from a Jeep Wrangler in the rear for a ~4" drop. Deleted Autoride and (for now) ALC. It did as expected with a 3/4 drop, fat tires and the weight of the cargo.

I've been letting it rub while I drive it how I want so I'll know where I need to modify for clearance.

I call BS that 40# of snow caused either the front to drop 2” or the rear to raise 2”. If that were the case, we’d be damn near flipping cars on their noses here in the Midwest with all the snow that gets built up on the front bumpers.
