Yeah, I think it would have been $165 for a standard tint but with the black truck and black interior I wanted something to keep the interior a little cooler in the summer. He quoted $280 for ceramic and $230 for carbon but ended up giving me ceramic for the carbon price.

It's definitely tough to see out of the rear window, but the front windows aren't as dark so the side mirrors aren't obstructed, plus I have a backup camera. My bright LED reverse lights definitely help at night.
Man thats a pretty good deal. I paid I think $250ish for just the eyebrow, fronts, and sunroof. Though its par for the area and they did a pretty fine job. Also used higher quality shit than standard

I didn't even think about tinting the sunroof until you mentioned it. I don't really use it that often and when I do the glass is usually open.

I am certain you will catch and surpass me soon enough. The Burb doesn't get driven as much since the wife started driving the '08 Civic to work.

How many miles on your beautiful Burb now?
222k....We put roughly 10k a year on her mostly because it's what we use for vacations and the other smaller road trips throughout the year. If it wasn't for that we'd probably only put about 6k on it a year cuz the wife mainly just stays in town.

I love to have the cover open but without the additional tint the sun would always shine thru the stock tint and into my eyes. In the summer I love to have it tilted up or slid back but cant really have it open during the day because of said glare issue. Tilted up now is possible because of the added tint

Damn I paid 90 bucks for from fronts and a brow. Sunroof was 20 bucks. Im going to have him do the rear 5 windows later this year for 140.

Also...I may or may not have started on my retrofit tonight....which possibly included up to the test fit and alignment of a projector in 1 headlight.

I was thinking that was a lot, too. I high mileage POS doesn't catch anything close to that amount. That's pretty wild.

I knew it was getting bad when I had to use a coffee can to drain into. Next time I’ll try to make a video of draining it after it sits for a couple days. This time of year on my off days I drive my GMT800 plow truck around town and the Tahoe sits for a few days. The oil and water will separate and it’ll drain clear for several seconds before the oil comes out. I should keep all of it in a large glass carboy and then use the water to make spaghetti.
