Success! New wheels and tires mounted and balanced. Basically no runout and didn’t take a lot of weight. Runs straight, smooth and quiet up to 90 mph. Looks damn good too!

Were these discounted? If I were paying that kind of $$ and they were out of round I’d be livid. What if you mount them and have a problem? Will they take them back for a full refund after being mounted?

They discounted me $70 for the pair which covered the mounting and balancing. I could have returned them if I had a problem anyway so I went for it. All good!

Deep into dual valve springs today. I hate installing dual valve springs.

Appreciate you dawg. I knew you knew the size and the search in here was jacked today. Silicone wore off from the car wash scrubbers I guess so got some stainless screws and gasket washers installed. May not be the perfection expected around here but I’ll take function over a soaked leaking headliner.

Oh it’s been a bit of a PITA. I’ve got an aftermarket head unit, and remote start. So we figured out those both have to be 100% disconnected, so I have to pull fuses in the dash every time I do anything w/ the AutoCal.
After I was finally able to provide a data log, he sent a tune back right away, but with additional information that my MAF was pretty well toast. So I’m sitting waiting for it to arrive tomorrow.

On that note, I need a good plan for the replacement. I was planning to clear any faults with the Tech2 after replacement, and then hopefully start right up, but I know enough to expect it won’t go so easy like that. [emoji6]
