Cleaned off the windshield and put on more aquapel. Cleaned the inside too, but all I did was leave streaks everywhere. It's gonna suck driving in the sun...I am horrible at cleaning glass

I saw my Aquapel in my toolbox yesterday and thought about it but it’s just about the dry season so I decided to wait. Plus it’s still doing its job.Cleaned off the windshield and put on more aquapel. Cleaned the inside too, but all I did was leave streaks everywhere. It's been about a year since I last put it on. Really like the stuff. Put it on my wife's jeep and put it on the inlaws new rv a few weeks agoI saw my Aquapel in my toolbox yesterday and thought about it but it’s just about the dry season so I decided to wait. Plus it’s still doing its job.

I've never messed with ceramic coating so I can't speak on that, but I definitely recommend it if you don't go that route. I do like it better than rain x. Seems to last longer imo.I have never heard of that stuff before. Sounds like you guys like it? I'm going to replace this windshield before the end of year and was going to start looking in to a ceramic coat or water repellent treatment.
Imo yes, lasts longer to me. Not the cheapest, but I'm a fan of it.Is that stuff better than Rain-X?
Just what I was going to say. Those are designed to not come out... just unscrew to the point of loose and lift up on cover... friendly fyi
