I was going to ask if that’s a pair.Saw 2 sets that were somewhat local to me--both over $400. I can't even imagine what they'd charge to ship.
I’ve seen them for $200, or $750 for 4.

It was $400 per set of 4. That's the cheapest I've seen, but I rarely if ever see them for sale. That set for $900 is just being greedy.I was going to ask if that’s a pair.

I’ve looked at them on and off. At $400 I might be tempted. I ended up with a second set of PPV wheels bought as singles for $65-75 each.It was $400 per set of 4. That's the cheapest I've seen, but I rarely if ever see them for sale. That set for $900 is just being greedy.
Did you buy them with center caps? Those are more expensive then the rims sometimes. PPV rims are the same as reg Silverado steel rims. Just need to drill and tap bolt holes for the PPV center caps.I’ve looked at them on and off. At $400 I might be tempted. I ended up with a second set of PPV wheels bought as singles for $65-75 each.
Keep in mind the steering wheel is designed to collapse in a collision. Use more wiggle, and less pull so you don't accidentally distort it.Not needed you can just wiggle it off. Leave the nut on the shaft so you don't break your face.
That looks good. Any tricks to pulling them? I want to wrap mine. But I'm terrified of breaking them pulling them out. I'm kinda ham-handed when it comes to stuff like that.Did all the aluminum panels on dash, around window switches, and stereo surround as well. Turned out pretty decent
I just used a super thin steel flat bar for the door switch panel. The stereo surround I did the same from the bottom edge. The dash trim, I just pull by hand from the left. I’ve had that one off a few times, like when I added the driver info switch. The vents will uncoil from the back as well, so you only have to deal with a “flat” panel. That looks good. I bought my transit wheels from a guy in NY, that I found on a forum. I got them in March for $400+ 200 for the set of Michelin’s on them. Paid $300 through U-ship to get them to VA, when travel was being restricted. So I have 900 total in mine, but I’d drive up next time....and he said he DOES have other sets.I’ve looked at them on and off. At $400 I might be tempted. I use plastic trim tools. The one around the stereo can feel like you’re going to break it before the first couple clips pop loose, then just work your way around it. The plastic tools will keep you from scratching anything in case you slip. Harbor Freight has a set for less that $10.That looks good. Any tricks to pulling them? I want to wrap mine.
