It’ll be easy they said...

I did the cabin air filter mod to thecopcar. Getting the cover off was super easy, with the right tool.

getting the access panel cut out was a pita on the other hand.

1/4” drive air ratchet with a 7mm socket makes it easy. Just don’t even mess with the third screw on the far left, leave it off. If not that, a regular 1/4” drive ratchet works.

There were actually four screws. The one just above the transmission tunnel was inset too far for a standard socket, but not far enough to allow an extension to clear. That screw won’t go back in. It’ll either be 2 or 3.

Installed my Belltech 3/4" kit this weekend. It dropped 2-13/16" up front and about 3-3/4" in the back... right on Belltech. Tried to do the free travel mod but my recip saw wasn't strong enough. Need to find a good shop to do it now. Also tons of weird noises (almost like grinding) that I'm hoping is just the fenderliner rub.

I have a 1/4" 7mm deep well socket that's about 2 or 2.5" long that works perfect
