And I'm watching youtube vids incase i can just roll a crank bearing into place.
Crossing fingers.

Probably not going to touch it for a while...

Wifes new car got a catch can installed, and i modified the pcv valve after watching several videos and posts about how weak the factory pcv was setup.

Pcv had these tiny little holes...

I opened that fker up amd installed a catch can.

Already sounds much better when cold.

It's our one car right now. :rolleyes:

My catch can was half full when I emptied it the other night. :oops:

I’ve never had that issue with OEM parts. Dorman parts or other Chinese knockoffs? Yes. But not with OEM replacements. That’s definitely odd

maybe it's climate related I don't know but mine would squeak whenever it was cool out which wasn't so annoying once it warmed up it would go away, then other times they would just squeak constantly,sounded like fingernails on a chalkboard pretty much. It was always the a/c tensioner, never upper tensioner which is basically the same design just in a different location.
