Remember, the calibrations offered are VIN specific. I looked up two 2007 Tahoe VINs a very early and very late one and they were not exactly the same as far as ECM calibrations offered. GM made new calibrations for my truck even so I could install one of their GM accessories a while back.

I wish I knew more about the systems to figure a way to run a 2008+ program on a 2007.

oh and incase anyone wanted to know, 799 heads have 64 cc combustion chambers.
I just confirmed it with my Cylinder head cc kit.
