Plus it's like a bright light to moths who want to peek inside your truck for bangbang goodies, and may be tempted to hurl a rock through a window to find out; screams out, "I might have left expensive stuff in here."
The reason I stopped sticker bombing my back window. I had a Glock sticker on my Silverado a few years back and when the police showed up to take my report they said that was a huge “break into me” notice to theives. Basically saying it was my fault some lowlife broke into my truck.
8 months later the idiot tried to pawn it and I got it back in perfect condition so…

I used to just slap a "Baby On Board" sticker on my trucks. No one wants to deal with that mess.

In San Francisco it didn’t matter what stickers you had on, they threw a rock through the window of every parked car and tossed everything inside, taking whatever they fancied.

I lived in Oakland for a few years. People would just tape signs to their windows saying the doors were unlocked, and leave the glovebox open. Wild place.

Thank god for off-street parking, but my car was broken into once. They stole my battery jump-pack, Gerber multi-tool, and all the spare change.

Totally crazy place.

We lived pretty close to Golden Gate Park and when I walked the dogs through the park, always had to stay on the grass as the sidewalks were covered with safety glass. The saddest story I have from those days was one day I was walking in the park and a youngish girl was standing next to her smashed window car, crying, giving a report to a police officer of the break-in of her car. She was explaining what her dog looked like... :(

Good thing those scumbags didn't cut themselves while breaking the windows, they would've sued you--And won!

Might have been nice to see them get "cut just below the chin" and find their rotting carcass laying next to the vehicle-all bled out! Oh, the Karma would have been sweet tasting!! :insane:

Usually the spot light, bars in the windows, and antenna on the roof scare those scum away... That's if they're even smart enough to know what Magpul is. Lol

And even though those kind of people are everywhere, I typically don't go into the areas where it's a very high probability to happen.
