Plus it's like a bright light to moths who want to peek inside your truck for bangbang goodies, and may be tempted to hurl a rock through a window to find out; screams out, "I might have left expensive stuff in here."
Long ago I knew people that had big stereo systems in their cars and had big decals of "Alpine" or "Rockford Fosgate" on their back window. They'd come rolling into a parking lot with it booming, then come out to a busted window and their system ripped out and taken.

I told them all they're doing is advertising for someone to break in

A couple of days ago the intermittent stumbling at idle or coming off idle returned. Thought I had exorcised that demon because it disappeared a month ago with the new fuel pump. Ran perfectly for several thousand miles and now it’s back.

So I went ahead and changed the plugs and wires today. Fingers crossed. They all looked about the same, nothing out of the ordinary for 13 years old. If that’s not it I’ll throw some Techron in it again.

First drive all smooth. Not counting any chickens yet… but hopeful.

Usually the spot light, bars in the windows, and antenna on the roof scare those scum away... That's if they're even smart enough to know what Magpul is. Lol

And even though those kind of people are everywhere, I typically don't go into the areas where it's a very high probability to happen.
Yeah, I’ve cultivated a look comprised of dirt, dog hair, slobber on the windows and dust. Hopefully any sane person will recognize my Hoe as an unsafe place.

I have added so much alarm stuff to mine it's more secure than my home, it won't stop a smash and dash but I don't keep anything in it that you could take before I could get to it so......good luck, windows are tinted 5% in the back so you can't see anything inside anyway.

I did streech out the Yukon coming home from Iowa, saw 122 via speedo so could be 5 either way. Got her hooked up to the RV, as we are going to Florida end of next week. I have a motorcycle trip now, back Thursday and in the Yukon Friday morning, off south.
