This is why I hate working on the avalanche. Its tall.I would love this thing.
I have been using a step stool and stabbing my gut with the hood latch while i work on the hoe.
I laid a bunch of cardboard over the latch, but it just stabbed straight through the cardboard and hit me with some velocity as i "fell" into it.
it would be even better if i could fully lay on top of it while i worked.

I will probably lower mine when I replace all the front end components. That and some replica or gem 22s of some sortIn the end, I'm thinking about lifting the hoe by a few inches as well.
Probably not until I'm ready to replace the tires, but I'm still iffy about it.
i might just lift the front a little to level it out.
Then see how it handles my property.
if that sucker is prime, i might try it out later down the road.
worst comes to it, i can return it easy that way.
On my Silverado I actually have to air it up a bit. If it’s laid out it’s too low, I can’t bend over that far. This is why I hate working on the avalanche. Its tall.

I'm pretty sure if I could fully lay on it, I would just end up napping under the hood.I would love this thing.

That’s what the advertising pictures look like to me.I'm pretty sure if I could fully lay on it, I would just end up napping under the hood.
