I'm actually looking forward to using a bucket for draining the oil instead of a stinking pan. As long as I don't drop the damn plug into it.

How about some dimensions? Four internal braces?
5' long, 13" high, 9 1/2" wide. 3 braces 12" o.c. plus the end cap. I lay rubber mats under the middle of them to keep them from sliding.

Been playing around with ideas in my head for some time, but was never sure how much reinforcing I needed inside to keep them together. Thanks!
Our plastic ones don't go high enough and the metal ones are flakey at times and don't go high enough for some tasks either.
If I make some ramps, I’m planning on using 1 1/8” subfloor plywood. Lighter and stronger than 2x’s. It’s $75 for a 4’ x 8’ sheet and I’m pretty sure I could do it with one sheet.
Nice ramps but I'd probably want them to be a few inches wider than that.
