Here is what I am going to try:

I had to order the one part from Advanced because Amazon couldn't get it to me until Sunday. What really shocked the hell out of me was they delivered it 4 hours after I paid for it. I was going to go pick it up a few towns over, but there was an option for FREE delivery TODAY. I picked that option as a dare because I couldn't believe it and it went through and it was delivered by Doordash. The total for the order was $25 with the tax.

According to the descriptions, those 18" repair kits include unions.

Had this polar bear pacing me at my quarter panel for a little bit, probably trying to figure out if I was a UC like him... Wouldn't be the first one.

Then I saw this interesting looking retired unit at the shopping center right after.
Had to push bumper and a antenna on the roof, but I didn't see any spotlights.
Running on spare steelies and it looks like the back end is lifted but the front looks stock.
No running boards, A factory hitch makes me think it's probably an SSV.

Need to do this with my Monte. Old, cheap tint needs a redo
When we bought our 2013 a few years ago, it came with tint on the front windows. Wife got pulled over by a State Trooper and was given a fix-it ticket for having too dark of tint. Can't remember how dark it was but stock is about as dark as you can legally go in Iowa. Guess what my assignment was when she got home that day? A sharp utility knife blade, my wife's hair dryer and time worked well for me. Was able to heat up the film along an edge and get under it with the razor blade and slowly work my way across the window by pulling on the film and moving between applying heat and sliding the blade between the glass and the film.

She did not appreciate me sending her this picture while I was removing it.
